About me
Steven plays an integral role within our Property Management Department as our Leasing and Inspections Agent, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcome for both our landlords and their properties.
When a property becomes available for lease, Steven’s priority is to minimise vacancy while ensuring the right tenant is selected. He takes a proactive approach to every leasing campaign, conducting scheduled open homes together with multiple private inspections throughout the week to maximise enquiry, increase inspection opportunities and secure a suitable tenant as quickly as possible.
Steven understands that leasing a property is not simply about finding a tenant quickly. It is about finding the right tenant. He works closely with our Property Management team throughout the application and selection process, helping ensure prospective tenants are carefully assessed and that our landlords are presented with the strongest possible applications for their investment.
In addition to leasing, Steven is responsible for conducting ingoing inspections and routine property inspections across our management portfolio. His exceptional attention to detail ensures that the condition of each property is thoroughly documented at the commencement of a tenancy and carefully monitored throughout the tenancy.
During routine inspections, Steven takes the time to properly assess how each property is being maintained, identify any concerns that may require attention and provide our Property Managers and landlords with clear and accurate feedback. This allows potential issues to be identified early and helps ensure our clients’ investments are being properly cared for.
One of Steven’s greatest strengths is his outstanding time management. Managing open homes, private inspections, ingoing reports and routine inspections requires exceptional organisation, and Steven prides himself on completing each responsibility efficiently without compromising on attention to detail.
With his proactive approach, strong work ethic and commitment to achieving the best possible result, Steven ensures our properties are leased efficiently, carefully inspected and maintained to the high standard our landlords expect.
