About me
With more than 20 years of experience in the property industry, Sally brings an exceptional level of knowledge, structure and professionalism to her role as Senior Property Manager.
Her career includes more than a decade with Housing NSW, together with extensive experience managing residential property for some of Australia’s larger real estate franchises. This has provided Sally with a comprehensive understanding of tenancy management, legislation, compliance, dispute resolution and the day to day responsibilities involved in protecting and managing an investment property.
Throughout her career, Sally has developed a strong reputation for being highly organised, thorough and committed to delivering an exceptional level of service. Drawing on her extensive experience, she has implemented detailed systems and workflows within our Property Management Department to ensure every task is monitored, followed through and completed efficiently, with nothing overlooked.
Sally understands that successful Property Management is about much more than collecting rent and arranging repairs. It is about protecting an owner’s investment, identifying and addressing issues early, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring landlords are kept informed throughout every stage of the management process.
Communication is one of Sally’s highest priorities. She believes every property owner should have complete confidence in the management of their investment and should always be kept informed about matters relating to their property.
With her wealth of experience, attention to detail and commitment to providing a consistently high standard of service, Sally plays an integral role in ensuring our Property Management Department operates efficiently while providing our landlords with the level of care, communication and professionalism they deserve.
